Parenting a toddler is an exercise in scratch that marathon of early mornings, aggravation, deep sighs, boredom and then BAM, a bright blunt joy that breaks your heart.
Because you doubted you could do it.
Because what if you’re doing it wrong.
Because it’s so super easy, it’s super hard, to sustain the patience, the wonder of discovery after discovery after discovery for so long.
The days and weeks are slow but two and a half years are already gone. I love the dad you’re becoming. Keep going. ❤️
