On the last day of my Seattle/Tacoma adventure, I wandered around downtown Tacoma on my own. Intending to check out some antique shops, I instead stumbled upon a triple parking garage drenched in paint (this was on Broadway and close to I think Ninth). A couple gentlemen were hard at work on a piece (the red and black one in the first row)—I asked if I could get some shots and they obliged. Some of the pictures are out of focus or the light isn't quite right; though I had permission, I felt like an intruder and rushed when I should've steadied. Aw well. It still made my day, sealing the sweetness on an already great trip.
